Agreement to Outcome Reviews
Guiding buyers and suppliers from agreement to outcome.
For buyers who want to receive what they paid for, and suppliers who want to deliver what they agreed to provide.
Stalled agreements can cost time, money and trust.
When something isn't lining up between the agreement and delivery, I help you work out what's happening, find practical ways forward and get things moving.

When the agreement is there, but things still aren't moving as they should
Most problems don't start as formal disputes.
They start with something much simpler:
✕ A responsibility isn't clear.
✕ A decision hasn't been made.
✕ All parties have different expectations.
✕ A deliverable is waiting for approval.
✕ A change has affected the original arrangement.
✕ Payment is being held up because something hasn't been accepted.
Sometimes everyone is doing what they think they're supposed to be doing, but the pieces just aren't coming together.
That's where I can help.
I look at what's been agreed, what's happening in practice and what is getting in the way.
Then I help you make sense of it, work out what needs to happen next and find practical ways to get things moving again.
Reduce the cost of confusion before it becomes delay, rework, unpaid effort or conflict.
Let's make the agreement workable.

scopes of work

Where we want to be...
Depending on your situation, that could mean:
-
accepted quotes
-
a shared understanding of what was agreed
-
agreement on what needs to happen next
-
responsibilities and expectations understood by both parties
-
fewer issues holding up delivery, acceptance or payment
-
decisions that can be acted on
-
work moving forward again
